Although Pizza Hut's "Wing Street" offers quite a few tasty sauces, they seem to fall short when cooking the wing itself in my opinion. As with most Pizza places, the wings are sent through the pizza oven instead of being deep fried resulting in a spongy, fatty, & slimy skin. They will send them through twice if you ask with only slightly better results although the meat then gets a little dark. I always prefer bone-in wings, but here I can only recommend boneless . They are pretty good.
