Coal fired oven and wings. A great combination. Don't let the low ratings for heat and variety fool you. They're not hot buffalo style wings and they're only served one way. Out of the coal fired oven and straight to your table.

Great grilled wings but their baby back ribs are what made them famous. Get the wing and rib combo for the best of both worlds.

Wings were OK but the terrible management and inattentive staff will be the death of this chain. Maybe they grew too fast and had to hire managers with no experience. Whatever the reason, bad staff can ruin an otherwise pleasant experience

Terrible service and the worst manager I've ever dealt with. Was told if you don't like the service then don't come back. Wings were overdone and without much sauce and fries were cold and soggy and even with those problems an attentive staff and helpful management would have brought me back. The fact the manager told me not to come back because I complained about the service was inexcusable.

Definately a "locals" joint but that adds to the appeal. Tarks has been around for over 25 years for a reason!

Very smokey due to their ignoring the no smoking in restaurants ordinance. Local hangout and the service when I visited was terrible. The waitress sat at a table hanging out with some friends and seemed inconvenienced by my presence

Good choice of sauces from mild or sweet to VERY hot (Redneck Whiskey sauce). A little too pricey compared to other comparable wing restaurants.

Good breaded wings, average sauce and bright chain restaurant atmosphere. Wings were big when I visited and they do serve beer but those are the only positives.

Incredible food and atmosphere. A Fort Lauderdale tradition and the the best raw bar and clam chowder around. Also great wings are served there.

Best known as a locals wing joint, it packs a lot of character into a small
space. It's not the place to go to watch the games since there's only one TV but if you want great wings, freshly shucker oysters or a blackened dolphin sandwich this is the place.

Can't beat the $5 after 10 pm late night 10 piece wing special. I ordered them well done and they came out that way. Definately not the best wings around but not bad. Great place to watch the Sunday games. Sunday ticket and lots of TVs plus GREAT beer specials!
