Tractor's puts a spin on their wings by starting with a mustard base for their sauce. While I'm not a huge fan of mustard in general, I absolutely love their sauce. They offer mild, hot, and suicide. Each is a stand alone sauce in that they are not all just the same sauce with varying heat ranges. I usually order hot with a side of suicide to dip into as I see fit for that particular day. The suicide sauce is too hot for most anyone to really enjoy which makes it right up my alley. The sauce is not just a burn your tounge version of the hot; it has it's own great unique flavor.
The restaurant/bar has a great atmosphere. The space was Crites' Tavern for many, many years before being cleaned up and remodeled to become Tractor's. It still has the original bar and woodwork with exposed brick walls.
The service is always prompt & friendly.
The value is pretty darn good. There are cheaper places to get wings but your not going to get original sauces.

Although Pizza Hut's "Wing Street" offers quite a few tasty sauces, they seem to fall short when cooking the wing itself in my opinion. As with most Pizza places, the wings are sent through the pizza oven instead of being deep fried resulting in a spongy, fatty, & slimy skin. They will send them through twice if you ask with only slightly better results although the meat then gets a little dark. I always prefer bone-in wings, but here I can only recommend boneless . They are pretty good.
