Some might argue that wings aren't good for you. Well if done Atkins style they are actually a requirement. The Atkins diet requires high protein low complex carbohydrate food intake. So that means no sugar, no white flour, no rice, and no potatoes. Plenty of beef, poultry, pork, and fish and green vegetables. And the weight melts away. Seven days in and I am down 9 pounds and I have another 10 to go to get to fighting weight(just an expression).
Only side effect is Ketosis(the worst breath imaginable). Can I keep it up? Its actually not that hard. Please buy stock in Altoids.
Can I drink? Well I can if it is limited. So i make drinks strong and straight. No pussyfooting around with a carb rich beer.
What's this all mean?
I had a dozen wings last night as hot as they could make them and a side of brocolli and a vodka. I woke up this morning 2 more pounds disappeared(and not the way you might think)
I knew wings were good for me... I just knew it.
